The Staff at the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry (the College) are undoubtedly its most valuable resource. The effective development and retention of high quality staff is therefore one of the highest priorities for the College as it aims to achieve “top 50%” status.

The Human Resources (HR) team endeavours to support the College in its ambitions by deploying relevant HR strategies and practices. Our aims are to maximise the contribution that staff make to the goals of the College and to create a working environment that encourages diversity and equality of treatment whilst recognising exceptional performance.

The HR team at the College is supported by the University of Exeter’s Personnel and Staff Development department and the University of Plymouth’s Human Resources department.

This web site aims to provide all College staff with a single first point of reference for information and all queries in relation to their employment and to inform potential employees of current vacancies and the benefits of working at the College.
